Das The Olive Exclusive war der perfekte Ort, um den Safariteil unserer Afrikareise kulinarisch ausklingen zu lassen. Hier wurden wir noch einmal mit allen Sinnen abgeholt, um ein letztes Mal in eine ganz fantastische Welt der Wildnis Afrikas eintauchen zu können.
Geschmacklich, optisch; alles ist hier im Einklang mit den Eindrücken, die wir auf unserer Reise bis dorthin sammeln durften. Vegetarier und Tierfreunde müssen jetzt mal beide Augen zudrücken, denn die vorzügliche, saisonale Speisekarte bewirbt so manches aufwändiges Gericht an afrikanischem Wild. Bereits beim Lesen der ausgewählten Speisen bekommt man den positiven Eindruck, dass das Olive mit seinen 'signature dishes' den Fokus auf Qualität statt großer Auswahl legt. Die üppig ausgestattete Bar hingegen, lässt keinen Spirituosenwunsch mehr offen.

Die riesigen Wandgemälde indigener Himbavölker, das schlichte, aber elegante Mobiliar aus Holz sowie exklusive Dekorelemente in homogenen, natürlichen Farben kreieren ein zeitgenössisches Interieur, das die Schönheit Afrikas sehr gut widerspiegelt.
